They were great about communicating what was going on, explaining what the steps would be, and giving me a heads-up when I had to provide choices and materials from my end. Tri-County also worked well with my Insurance Co to resolve additional building issues, and deal with changes to the original estimate. My only issue was that the rebuild was finished a long time after I was told I would be able to move back in. Our project included a complete remodel of the kitchen, expansion of the laundry room, completion of a very nice one car garage, updated lighting and electrical work in various places in the house. The project got off to a very slow start due to excessive rain in the fall just as things got started and the schedule of the concrete/foundation sub-contractor but work progressed quite consistently thereafter. We couldn’t be more delighted with the results and felt that owner Bob Jones and key people, Sam and Wayne, took a real interest in our project and made sure every detail was completed before calling the job done.
