This would include painting the ceilings, also. The house is modern, so it doesn't have any fancy woodwork to paint. There is a cathedral ceiling but it isn't that high--it wouldn't require scaffolding. A: There have been instances where some of my clients in the past call me to finish up a job that other contractors did not complete. The contractor accepted a low rate or underpriced a job, started the job and walks off with the clients deposit and the client can't do nothing about it because he's not a registered/certifies professional. These are some things to think about when choosing contractors, when it's too good to be true then it isn't good.
