He built 3 new bathrooms, a toilet room, a dog bath, added a space for a washer and dryer upstairs as well as downstairs. They completed the civil work, the framing, the roof, the doors, the windows, the wood floor, the tile for the floors, shower, and the tubs, the HVAC, the electrical, the plumbing, the insulation, the drywall, the siding, and the painting. It took about 5 months to complete. All of the disciplines did an excellent job. They painted the entire house. It is beautiful. The electricians added lights in the ceiling for the showers, the tub, the bedrooms, the garage, the storage room, and the living room...I just love it!!! The bathrooms are just gorgeous...again the tilework is exceptional. And, I have nice big closets now! Lucian was excellent in getting all of the disciplines scheduled every day and was excellent in letting me know who was coming and what time they would be here. Now I have to save money to fix up the other half of the house.
