They said that he was always on top of his paperwork and that everyone they had financed who used Larson Home Builders had enjoyed the process. We felt throughout the process that David was our partner in this endeavor. David worked with us to keep costs down, was always super respectful about input on decisions that needed to be made, and we often benefitted from his suggestions. From start to finish, the entire crew was professional, had an eye for detail and did a quality job. When we tried to save money by putting in a veneer door, he told us he would absorb the extra cost of a solid wood door for that spot. The house is everything we ever wanted, is built beautifully and it was an enjoyable process. He even finished the house in 7 months, 2 months ahead of schedule. We are so glad we chose Larson Home Builders to build our dream house.
