> My husband and I worked with Grady Woods on the design of our dream home in SC. Being from New England, we relied on him for his expertise in recommending building materials and structural methods unique to the south. He listened to our ideas, was beautifully creative in incorporating our wish list and was extremely knowledgable as he represented us before the architectural review board. Grady was also able to introduce us to several builders whom we interviewed. He is able to think on his feet and artistically solve design puzzles. Passionate about his work, Grady is professional, competitively priced, and has a very accommodating office staff.  He was available throughout the building process which took approximately 18 months.

**Q: I love the pendant lights and chandelier in the nook. Who makes those** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The closest item I could find is the Hubbardton Forge - sweeping taper natural iron - 3 light chandelier. I've attached a link but I am not positive that it's the exact model we used. Hope that helps!

I love the shiplap and am considering it on a wall on the backside of my island. I love the color...is it weathered or distressed? How did you do it?

A: I'll have to contact the interior designer that the owners used for this residence. If I hear back from them soon I'll let you know!

What can you tell me about this flooring?

A: Based on it's texture I believe this resident decided to use reclaimed wood.

What are the type and finish of the kitchen island cabinets, please?

A: Not sure what brand the cabinets are but the stain color is 'smoke'.

A: I believe it is white smoke.
