First of all, he is the nicest guy and would be very pleasant to work with. Secondly, he is very honest. Main reason for our asking for insulation work was the concern that pipes up in the house's attic would freeze as they have been exposed for construction of a screened in porch. After questioning me, I told him that in the past 25 years, pipes have never frozen. Also, the attic which was insulated decades ago, has never given me any problems. So, we settled on reinsulated the attic space to solve them problems. > > We got a reasonable quote not only to put the insulation in, but also to haul everything away. They did the job quickly and professionally, putting insulation above and below the pipe work, as well as sealing everything off. We've had the insulation now for about a month, and every pipe system is much more reliable. Before it was extremely drafty, and basically unusable during the winter. Now, it's basically cooler in all of the other rooms in our house.
