After meeting with Eli, he listened to our needs and concerns and set them at ease by being clear on communications and expectations. Eli is talented in design, and actually learned a new software program over a weekend to provide us with 3d renderings! For this reason we recommend using him for a design-build project. It was great having someone with a calm demeanor who is adaptable to any unexpected challenges and changes. Eli was invested in the project and helped us make decisions based on the best final aesthetic. His crews were professional and they do good work - we did have some minor issues, which were addressed by Eli. Areas for improvement are on the final touches (caulking, scratches, etc.). Eli and his team corrected some of this, but as the project timeline concluded contractor availability became challenged. So it became more important to us to wrap things with with some minor cosmetic flaws. Overall, we are happy with the end product and our decision to move forward with EV Remodeling. It's been an enjoyable space to use.
