> We hired Igor and his company to perform a two-part remodel of our newly purchased house in Coral Springs.  So far, only first part of the project is complete but we're happy with the results.
> Removal of all popcorn on ceilings, new floor tile everywhere, removal of wall patterns everywhere, new inner doors, full painting, a ton of smaller misc tasks.  Crew did well, did not leave a ton of mess behind, and we were able to move in 2 days after job completion.

We added 36 recessed lights throughout the first floor and installed three large chandeliers. The project is finished off with a faux stone kitchen backsplash that runs the length of the entire wall.
