What kind of wood is the flooring? - I really like the color changes in the grain. Is it natural or a laminate? http://www.buytimberflooringonline.com.au/index.php/en/timber-flooring/quick-step-timber-range

Why post if you don't want to share a simple answer like the wood species of floor?

Could be wrong on backsplash but looks like a pattern of Dekton that can be book matched. We are installing this product on a large kitchen island.

I went to the website to ask about the lighting - But I couldn't find a place on the arentpyke website to ask the question. Hope you are willing to share here, as the option for direct contact on your website was moot. Thanking you in advance for your time and response.

5. Lift Up the LocationBy installing high windows, you not only maintain privacy, but you also allow light into a space. Here high windows over the kitchen are louvered in some sections to allow ventilation as required.
Something Gorgeous added this to How to Design a Neutral Room That Kicks Boring to the Curb
Play With MetalYou can follow the trends — just don’t overdo it. I’m seeing a lot of gold and copper in kitchen design at the moment, and it’s spreading throughout the home. A neutral backdrop is the perfect stage on which these metallics can perform. It is important to use metallics only as accents, as they can quickly overwhelm a room, making it feel more like a nightclub than a home. Look to lighting, fixtures, handles, even utensils for metallic accents that won’t overpower the space and that you won’t get tired of.
Louise O'Bryan added this to When One Countertop Material Isn’t Enough
Attractive opposites. Marble has seen a resurgence in popularity in the kitchen. Its bold veining adds drama to backsplashes, islands and other surfaces, and each slab of natural marble varies in color and pattern, However, that beauty comes at a price. Therefore, dedicating a sizable chunk of work surface to another material, such as wood or laminate, can save you a bundle and still retain that classic look.
