All of these chairs are antiques from a family collection, I'm afraid--with the exception of the antique Chinese chair to the left, purchased at an antique store in Bethesda, MD. Sorry to not be more help.

It's actually the owner's, 16th-century antique, I think Flemish--very unusual. Sorry it's not something for sale!

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Shoshana Gosselin added this to Add a Drop of Color to Your Living Room
Reupholster part of a favorite accent chair. Recover just the seat if it can be removed, or add a fun pattern to the back of a chair. I love adding a pattern to only a part of a chair. The pattern adds a cool vibe without being overwhelming.

On the other hand, the modern lines of this room are a beautiful and uncluttered backdrop for the ornate armoire and chairs, reaching a perfect balance of textures. 5. Keep scale in check. This large-scale wing chair would have overpowered the space were it covered entirely in a bold print. Upholstering just the back and the seat helps it to feel more appropriate for the size of the room.

What Houzzers are commenting on:

Paula Kifer Interiors added this to Anderson Showhouse
Coordinating fabric on Wingback chair
Carol Nally added this to Ideas for Christine's Wing Chair Upholstery Project
this causes the chair to look out of proportion with the 2 fabrics; the inside of the "wings" should also have the same fabric
