go to your local lumber yard and check out the TM Cobb or Simpson catalog to order the door and then get a heavy duty pocket door hardware. it looks like a craftsman door with square sticking. TM Cobb will make anything for you, any dimension. Becuase the door is not totally open, its hard to tell if it has a single or two or three lites over a single or double panel below. But check out the TM Cobb catalog and pick out what you like.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Scheer & Co. Interior Design added this to Deep Pockets: Doors with Panache
Don't you want to sneak into this sun-drenched room, shut the door and curl up in the daybed nook with a great book? The pocket door adds to the romance of the whole look, with its airy transom windows and stately hardware.
Shawn Gauthier added this to Cozy Up in a Built-In Bed Cubby
Day beds can be lifesavers for extra sleeping options. Turn a nook like this into a private bedroom with the simple addition of a twin storage bed and curtains.
Vanessa Brunner added this to Readers' Choice: Best Living Rooms of 2011
13. The cozy little nook in this living room was the main reason Houzz users bookmarked this photo. An awkward corner in the space was cleverly transformed into a built-in daybed. The curtain makes it into a impromptu sleeping area, allowing for privacy in case dinner guests decide to spend the night.
Vanessa Brunner added this to Houzz Planning: How to Choose an Interior Door
2. Pocket doors are used all over the house. Most commonly used in turn-of-the-century homes, they've become more common because of their space-saving construction. Unlike sliding doors, pocket doors actually slide into the wall, rather than along the side of it. 3. Folding doors (usually in a bi-fold form) fold in on either side, and are usually used in closets, laundry rooms, pantries and other small spaces. 4. Flush doors are more contemporary, simple doors smooth on both sides, and generally made of plywood or MDF.
Danyelle Mathews added this to Cozy Nooks Help Houseguests Sleep Tight
Dens are great for overnight guests. This windowed pocket door may not provide all of the necessary privacy, but the drapery rod and panels are a great quick fix.
Laura Gaskill added this to Carve Out a Neat Little Nook
A larger-scale nook can even house a bed. In this space a built-in daybed acts as seating during the day and as snug guest quarters by night with the curtains pulled shut.
Laura Gaskill added this to How to Turn Almost Any Space Into a Guest Room
Design idea: Curtained guest nook. Why: Easy to install and friendly on the budget, a simple floor-length, ceiling-mounted curtain is a great way to section off guest space in a room. During the day a daybed with cushy throw pillows acts as extra living room seating; at night, make it up with bed linens and pull the curtains shut to give your guest privacy. Alternatively, make a built-in daybed nook in the living room or den work for overnight guests by adding a curtain rod above. How: Ceiling-mounted curtain tracks are available from many retailers and can be installed as a DIY project or by a handyperson in about an hour. Some curtain tracks are flexible (so you can hang curtains in a curve, as shown here), while some are straight. For a crisper look, use stiff curtain panels designed to be used as room dividers.Cost: Curtain tracks cost around $5 (for a basic version from Ikea) to $50 per piece, depending on length and materials, plus the cost of curtains or panels.
