After having successfully worked on several different remodels for these customers, they called us in again to see how we could achieve a better space plan. We offered a couple of solutions and the plan chosen was to incorporate a "his" and "hers" WC in separate rooms by reducing the oversized shower and using a freestanding tub feature instead of a built- in tub with a wide deck which previously overwhelmed the room. We replaced the previous floor tile with a high quality porcelain wood- like tile with a wonderful texture in a gray/taupe color, changing surfaces to a smaller tile module and complimentary color in the shower area.
