would you please tell me the exterior siding color? thanks

  • Jo Ann Breen
Pls tell me the size of the siding. Is it a 5" exposure?
  • PRO
    Bennett Frank McCarthy Architects, Inc.
    Hi Jo Ann,

5" approximately. We usually layout the exposure in the field with the contractor to work with a variety of elements including any bands, mouldings and window elevations where applicable.

If you would like to talk about this feel free to call us and we will connect you with the partner responsible for the project.

is this a flat roof or pitched roof

What do I tell a roofer to get a similar roof pattern? Shingles? Sheet? Special order strip?

  • PRO
    Bennett Frank McCarthy Architects, Inc.
    Hi Feliciati,

This roof is constructed from synthetic slate. Initially we laid out the pattern in a computer model, then refined it with physical color samples of the synthetic slates. We then met with the roofer on site and reviewed the pattern, mocking it up with the roofer to make sure we all understood how it would appear.

We would be glad to review this with you. Please feel free to give us a call and we will put you in touch with the principal in charge of this project.

    Cheers -

    Hi Marie Ricci,

The cottage is approximately 2,100 sf on the first and second level. There is a basement which adds another 1,200 sf, some for utility and some occupiable space.

We would be glad to discuss the project with you -feel free to contact us and we will connect you with the partner in charge.

The medallions you make are quite nice.

    Cheers -
