Where are those hanging lights from? - Love that idea for a bedside lamp. What kind of lights are those, and where could I find them?

Hey Nannette! The owner of the house said "To make the canvas I simply picked a font I was obsessed with at the time and knocked the image up in photoshop. I then had it printed on http://www.hellocanvas.co.uk and hung it above the bed. Super simple." (Tom Chalet)

Hope that helps!

The black feature wall in the bedroom uses contrast to draw the eye to the decorative elements, such as the red pendant cords and the zigzag headboard, which Chalet’s mother fashioned from an MDF board covered in fabric. She also made the curtains.See how to make an upholstered headboard

Create a feature wall. Embrace the dark side with a single feature wall. The black wall in this room helps to put the bed and lights at center stage, while the remaining white walls and crisp white bedding keep the look airy.

24. The black feature wall in the bedroom uses contrast to play up the red pendant cords and zigzag headboard, made from an MDF board covered in fabric. What looks like a lighted sign is a canvas printed with a font the owner embellished in Photoshop.Sign printing: Hello Canvas

Black makes a statement. Black is a can’t-miss color. Not that it’s impossible to go wrong, but it’s impossible to not notice it. Black is great for creating a feature wall, as anything placed in front of it will be highlighted (as will the entire wall itself), giving the eye a definite sense of direction. You dream about decisions. The sweet embrace of sleep offers no respite. Instead, you dream about choices — those you’ve yet to make and those you’ve made, which maybe you shouldn’t have, unless maybe you were right the first time?
