I like this bathroom because it looks CLEAN. Designs and decor (and clutter) that prevent a bathroom from looking and feeling clean are unappealing to me.

Hi, you can get this custom look by using nautical hardware. Lily wrote an ideabook about it a few weeks back:

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Alison Aves added this to Houzz Tour: Sunny Update for a California Bungalow
This bathroom is for guests as well as the owners' daughter. The vanity top is Caesarstone, which Triggs says has a bit of movement in its texture and color.
Laura Gaskill added this to Decorate With Intention: 12 Remodeling Sanity Savers
4. Focus on making it livable first. This may sound obvious, but it is all too easy at the beginning of a project to take on too much. By saving some of the cosmetic changes (like decorative tilework) for later and choosing to focus on essentials (like plumbing) now, you will make your life much easier.
Vanessa Brunner added this to Bathroom Design: How to Pick Out a Vanity
4. SizeScale. Your vanity size should always make sense for your bathroom's size. Cramming a huge vanity into a tiny bathroom doesn't make sense, no matter what your storage needs are. "The amount of storage required by the client impacts the size of the vanity," says Lawson. "But more important is the size of the room it sits in. Working within the architecture is part of the equation." "By evaluating lifestyle, whether a powder room or master bath, and the demands that will be placed on the vanity, the size will become evident quickly," says O'Neill. For regularly used bathrooms, Adamson recommends starting with a vanity that's a minimum of 21 inches deep and 24 inches wide.
Laura Gaskill added this to Improving a Rental: Great Ideas for the Short and Long Haul
BathLonger-term changes: Consider removing an outdated and grimy vanity and adding a simple wall mirror. Present your idea by pricing a few decent mirrors to share with your landlord and show pictures (like the one here) of how it might look installed.Shorter-term changes: Upgrade bathroom hardware and fit the window with a pretty shade. Also see if you can repaint.
Becky Harris added this to The Cure for Houzz Envy: Bathroom Touches Anyone Can Do
Switch out the cabinet hardware. This can completely transform an outdated vanity for a few dollars. These handles look like boat cleats.
Shana Ecker Home Stylist added this to 12 Ways to Get a Luxe Bathroom Look for Less
5. Upgrade knobs and pulls. If you don’t have the funds to spend on a custom vanity, don’t fret. A simple model can look one-of-a-kind with some pretty hardware, like the pulls seen here. Try a vintage or specialty store to find hardware that is unique.

What Houzzers are commenting on:

turnbridge5 added this to Bath ideas
Paint existing cabinet with teal paint from front door and then “gold or silver” it. Crystal vessel sink or gold design vessel sink with gold faucets. Granite ??

like the towel holder and mirror
