I am also curious on whether people like this idea or dislike it .... I personally think that it would be very hard to clean around the back, sides and base of the tub. I also think you would be constantly cleaning the inside and outside of the tub even though you haven’t actually used the tub for bathing but only from the over spray from showering (shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair ..... not sure if my thoughts are founded ....

Tub drain - Hello, I'm doing a similar design and would like to know how you are draining the tub? Do you just allow the water to spill out on shower floor or did you install a drain pipe under tub through the tile floor? If using drain pipe, how did you seal around waterproofing membrane under tile floor?

The tub has its own drain. The general contractor and plumber handled the waterproofing so we do not have the specifics. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Flooring Tile - What tile did you use for the flooring and what is the tiles dimensions? Wondering if it's slippery when wet and if its the same tile used throughout the room.
