I don't know what brand was used on this particular house, but it's definitely a white mortar. I believe Holcim's Oyster White is lighter than Lafarge's Savannah Ivory.

This is IPE decking. It does not have a sealer on it.

Hello! We are unsure of the size but this was charcoal fiberglass "SCREEN TIGHT" screening system. Hope this helps! Thanks!
