Thanks for your inquiry! The island counter is a Ceasarstone from their Classico collection in Vivid Green.

Yes, there is seam. There is no way to accomplish this application without one.

Thanks, the seam is not visible in the photo... We have 2 square pillars which we would like to put caesar stone around. Do you think the colour makes a difference to whether a seam is visible or not? Or is there a special technique to make the seam " disappear".

Thanks so much! This surfboard island was so much fun to design. When the family moved in, one of the little girls remarked that the house felt like a rock star's house.

where do I obtain a footrest?

You can find foot rails at a restaurant and bar supply store, cabinetry hardware stores, or have a metal craftsman custom make one. I would start with online searches for "bar foot rail." There are some sites that sell full rail kits, so you don't have to figure out all the different pieces you need. If you'd rather see and touch first, narrow the search with your city.
    Good luck to you!

I was wondering where I can find that black penny round tile?

Brittany, I googled penny rounds and found some immediately at overstock.com. Daltile should have them, too. I would let your fingers do the walking.

    Good luck!!!
