I believe the floors are typical oak hardwood strip with a semi-gloss finish.

The pillows surely look gray. This is what it looks like to me: The walls are a light gray and the curtains a medium gray, sheers look cream, art on wall is dark, medium and light gray, lamp base a light gray with cream shade, many black accents (urns, fireplace granite, vase on mantel, wrought iron tables & something on taller table). Some touches of green (ivy, apples, hydrangeas) and a gold box on the mantel, white trim on the mantel and woodwork, carpet cream-tan and blue.

any word on where the wall covering comes from? I've been looking for something just like it after taking a picture against this outdoor wall and loving the effect.

I purchased the wall paper through a to-the-trade showroom. The manufacturer was Silk Dynasty. It was purchased in 2005 so I don't know if that manufacturer is still in business and, if so, the wall paper is still stocked.

The wall treatment is actually 18-inch squares of grasscloth wall covering applied in a checkerboard pattern.

The room is 15.5 feet from the windows to the opposite wall and 13 feet-3inches from the fireplace to the opposite wall.
