From the way the tree is pruned it looks like a Japanese black pine.

Doors were refinished and original to the previous owner. Commissioned at the time through local BC native artisan, artist unknown. An option to consider is to contact a gallery like Douglas Reynolds for an opportunity to have something commissioned.
