Thanks for the inquiry. This home is a custom design for our client, so unfortunately, plans are not available.

The siding is a custom color - Charcoal stain and glaze - on a Nichiha Sierra shake. Trim color is SW Smoke Tree (SW3109). Timbers are SW Mountain Ash.

such a beautiful setting and design. I love the bridge. Did you use a composite or real wood?

Are the gable trims wood or a type of composite?

Love this home! What is the stone type/color - where did it come from?

We are looking at the Nichiha Sierra Premium Shakes...have you used their Kurastone products? If so, any feedback regarding quality and cost?

The windows are black. Unfortunately, the garage paint colors were selected in the field one day with the owner and I don't have the names/numbers in our specs. Sorry.

Very nice. Let us know how it turns out. We love the product, but did not like any of the pre-finished choices from the factory. We are probably going to go with semi-solid stained product from carolina colortones. They were the originally factory finisher for Nichiha a few years ago. I personally think you get the most out of the Nichiha product by using stain instead of flat paint, as you get more contrast and variation. We will likely go with charcoal, which is the left most sample in the picture. The other two colors are coastal gray (center) and light gray (far right).

Airman88 did you end up doing with the charcoal gray color tones product? Would love to see final pics.

The stone is a local North Carolina granite field stone. Unfortunately, each quarry will have a different name for it. Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
