Atlanta Bungalow Renovation

Located in the historic Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta, this 1910 bungalow has been completely restored. Re-working the original floorplan to make the most of the home’s 1,200 square feet, Historical Concepts’ design focused on updating the home for modern living while remaining true to the home’s historic architectural character. Crown molding was custom milled to match the original woodwork and ladder doors were salvaged from houses of the same era in nearby neighborhoods. A new kitchen, master bath and office nook incorporate period materials and details, while heart pine beams, original to the home, were salvaged and re-used as kitchen countertops. Once dark and dated, the restored home has an air of authenticity, incorporating the best of what is new while reclaiming and enhancing the charm of the past.

The paint colors were provided by the homeowner and I'm afraid we only have note of the door and window color, not the siding or brick.

I'm afraid we don't know. It was selected by the homeowner.

@katshiver, we just found out it's Benjamin Moore's "Spring Break".

Laura Gaskill added this to 10 Reasons to Love Minty Hues
1. Mint looks cheerful on cottages and bungalows. Mint makes a cheery first impression when paired with earthy siding or natural shingles on a craftsman bungalow or cottage. Repainting your house not on your to-do list? Give your bungalow a curb appeal boost with a mint green mailbox and copper house numbers that will develop a natural verdigris patina over time.

Painting framework white brightens up the trim. Looks remodeled and tidy.
