Design SI

We would be happy to help you, give us a call if you are interested. We are in Nor Cal and offer truly unique solid wood furniture handcrafted from urban trees salvaged due to disease or natural causes. Designed in California and made in Chico. We know where the tree grew. We take responsibility for its second life and each piece is unique, the color and figure of the wood, the touch of the craftsman’s hand, the shape and size can never be duplicated. These pieces are very heavy but can be shipped to you, delivered and installed as per your location.

Rugs Done Right
If the photographer is not able to provide details we can help you source the rug or offer alternatives! Please email us directly for more information on it. It looks like a polyester shag - which are super soft and plush. We have many new options in a large variety of color ways. We are always happy to help!

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Grace Chamia added this to Bean There, Done That: Coffee Table Alternatives
Root and branch. For a really organic look that brings the outdoors in, consider cured and treated wood stumps. You might even get the wood for free.
Bonnie McCarthy added this to Out, Darn Spot! How to Handle Carpet Stains
Ink markers. Everyone loves a good art project, just not on the carpet. If a petite Picasso has left a mark on your rug, there are several options for taking care of the stain. Coit recommends dabbing the ink stain with either rubbing alcohol or a cheap lacquer hairspray. Use a white towel to blot the spot — the pros say you should see the color transferring from the carpet to the cloth. Once the area is stain-free, dab the area to rinse away residue with a damp towel. If color remains on the carpet, repeat the process using more hairspray. The bad news: Although you may be able to lighten or reduce the stain in some cases, permanent markers are in fact permanent. Still, it’s worth a try.
