how do you cantilever the roof from both directions? - You have many huge cantilevered roofs in your projects. It like one of your trademarks. How do you do that? 7th street in Manhattan Beach, Hansen and also Serrao. What structural members do you have in them? Thanks

what gauge steel did you use? We want to use this on our home that we are building and it will be hung similarly to this.

How did you wrap the corner with the steel panels? - Is this installed like a rain screen? Or what is used for furring/channels? Or just vaproshield being most dependent on for building wrap?
