- Hi, I love the modern/traditional juxtaposition in this room. I'd like to work toward a similar effect in my own dining room (I have modern furniture but a wood paneled Victorian room).
What does the space facing the dark wall contain (where the photographer is, presumably)? Is it light, making the dark wall an accent? Or is it also dark? Is the ceiling dark? And finally, how much light does this room get, and from what direction? My room has a huge north facing window, and I'm concerned that dark walls would be too much in a light space.
