This Mud Room has sold our houses and designs over and over again. We're not sure if it's because the natural light streaming through the windows, it's location just off the kitchen, the stacked, full sized, washer and dryer, or the loads and loads of storage. With it's slate floors and counters, it's an almost indestructible space with separate work areas for both the mom and kids. Cubbies and hooks galore give each family member their own special piece as well.
