Renovation of existing family room, custom built-in cabinetry for TV, drop down movie screen and books. A new articulated ceiling along with wall panels, a bench and other storage was designed as well.

    Hi, Thanks for you interest, this was all custom, the strips were cut down from standard 2x4 doug fir, the panels are all hand selected veneers. all are superior grade vertical grain. you have to buy these at a specialty finish lumber and veneer supplier. Your cabinet maker should know where to go.

7. Living room. Even if you try to keep stuff out of the living room, it will eventually migrate back to your more commonly used spaces. Build or buy storage (at least 24 inches deep) with large doors and deep drawers. It’s all about the ease of throwing stuff in there quickly.

If you're expecting a large gathering, you'll want to have a large room so everyone has space. And by using earth tones and warm materials, you'll have the ideal setting for a Thanksgiving Day get-together.

Living room. Even if you try to keep stuff out of the living room, it will eventually migrate back to your more commonly used spaces. Build or buy storage (at least 24 inches deep) with large doors and deep drawers. It’s all about the ease of throwing stuff in there quickly.
