Indeed, RubyRoses is correct. Part of our photo-shoots include one person with a hose, wetting down all the pavers, rocks, etc. Colors look more rich and dramatic when things are wetted down & in the perfect light (right around sunset). Sealing pavers is an option, but we typically do not recommend that approach. As RubyRoses also indicated, once you seal something, you begin a cycle of maintenance, and things must get re-sealed. Pavers and boulders look great when they're dry, they just look especially excellent when they're wet.
