You can find it in a man made material at a place like those mentioned as well as a natural stone and have the stone yard have it cut to thin veneers. It is a dry stack style

Love the distressed wood - how did you get that rustic red color??

I saw someone wrote that the distressed wood look was actually antique wood and could never be imitated. This is not true, but to get the effect on new material is a little time consuming but well worth the trouble. Depending on the material you're painting you may need a special primer, like zinser bullseye 1-2-3. Then you would want a base color, where here I think would be a grey tone, but most distressing articles reccomend a wood tone varying from a light tan to a dark brown. May need two coats of base coat, and I prefer to use a brush rather than a roller and let it be somewhat textured from the bristle streaks to give more of a woodgrain effect. Once cured take a somewhat softened candle and rub wax on any edges and also all the places you want the base color to show through. A brick-red or brownish red top coat can be applied over that n when that is cured, take a putty knife to the areas you had applied the wax and the top coat will come right off to expose the base coat color and give a layer paint effect, more rustic and aged looking. Now, you could keep repeating this with different paint colors to give an appearence the its been painted many times if you like but i have not tried that before myself. Wipe with a damp soft cloth or paper towel with an antiquing glaze varying your thinkness of that for a more aged look and more depth. Coat the whole thing with poly to stop paint from peeling off anywhere else and to seal in the antiquing glaze and your all set. You could keep looking at the photo gor reference on how much top coat to remove and how much anti q uing glaze to use where. Simple, right?!

I'd pick up the tones that are in your bar which appears to be oranges & grays. Either of those colors will contrast nicely with the flooring.
