Occupying the open space between the bar and the family room sits a table and chairs, creating the perfect family flex space. This jack-of-all-trades area acts as a game table, extra work space, guest dining area, kid's homework spot, and more!

Our Clients were ready for a complete overhaul of their existing finished basement. The existing layout did not work for their family and the finishes were old and dated. We started with the fireplace as we wanted it to be a focal point. The interlaced natural stone almost has a geometric texture to it. It brings in both the natural elements the clients love and also a much more modern feel. We changed out the old wood burning fireplace to gas and our cabinet maker created a custom maple mantel and open shelving. We balanced the asymmetry with a tv cabinet using the same maple wood for the top.
The bar was also a feature we wanted to highlight- it was previously in an inconvenient spot so we moved it. We created a recessed area for it to sit so that it didn't intrude into the space around the pool table. The countertop is a beautiful natural quartzite that ties all of the finishes together. The porcelain strip backsplash adds a simple, but modern feel and we tied in the maple by adding open shelving. We created a custom bar table using a matching wood top with plenty of seating for friends and family to gather.
We kept the bathroom layout the same, but updated all of the finishes. We wanted it to be an extension of the main basement space. The shower tile is a 12 x 24 porcelain that matches the tile at the bar and the fireplace hearth. We used the same quartzite from the bar for the vanity top.
Overall, we achieved a warm and cozy, yet modern space for the family to enjoy together and when entertaining family and friends.

We were asked to create a hang out zone that perfectly showcased this DJs off the charts collection — this Moorestown, New Jersey Industrial Basement was the answer!
This 1800sf area was completely unfinished and WOW what a renovation and interior design transformation! We designed and delivered the best mancave zone ever with a kitchenette, island, stadium seating, a full bath, fireplace, DJ studio, and gaming zone. BUT the best part is that these rustic wood walls create a masculine backdrop to over 170 extremely cool collection pieces.
Check out the gaming area of this hang out zone! Not only does it house TONS of jaw dropping platnium records of SO many famous artists, it also is the key display area for all the awards this DJ has received through the years (and did you see his studio on the right … no other photography of that though). All this is backdropped by polished concrete flooring. Another key highlight ont hsi view: metal stair rails with cables!

Give your game room a massive upgrade. This Skee-ball machine features the same high-quality craftsmanship and throwback aesthetics that characterize commercial machines, but it has been scaled down to 80% to make it perfect for home use. Features six game modes for up to six players and customizable LED lighting. Cork ramp is 6 mm thick 1-1/2 mm thicker than commercial versions for extra durability.

This 4,500 sq ft basement in Long Island is high on luxe, style, and fun. It has a full gym, golf simulator, arcade room, home theater, bar, full bath, storage, and an entry mud area. The palette is tight with a wood tile pattern to define areas and keep the space integrated. We used an open floor plan but still kept each space defined. The golf simulator ceiling is deep blue to simulate the night sky. It works with the room/doors that are integrated into the paneling — on shiplap and blue. We also added lights on the shuffleboard and integrated inset gym mirrors into the shiplap. We integrated ductwork and HVAC into the columns and ceiling, a brass foot rail at the bar, and pop-up chargers and a USB in the theater and the bar. The center arm of the theater seats can be raised for cuddling. LED lights have been added to the stone at the threshold of the arcade, and the games in the arcade are turned on with a light switch.

Basement finished to include game room, family room, shiplap wall treatment, sliding barn door and matching beam, numerous built-ins, new staircase, home gym, locker room and bathroom in addition to wine bar area.

This basement was completely renovated to add dimension and light in. This customer used our Hand Hewn Faux Wood Beams in the finish Cinnamon to complete this design. He said this about the project, "We turned an unused basement into a family game room. The faux beams provided a sense of maturity and tradition, matched with the youthfulness of gaming tables."

The subterranean "19th Hole" entertainment zone wouldn't be complete without a big-screen golf simulator that allows enthusiasts to practice their swing.
