Is there a seam on the island, or is that aurea quartz available in a slab big enough to do a 12' island? Thank you!

Unfortunately, there's a seam. We're just very particular about where they're placed. =)

Hi! We love this color too! It's Anchors Aweigh by Sherwin Williams!

It's a 4x12 Calacatta Cressa Marble subway tile, actually! It's laid in a double herringbone pattern. The Cressa Marble has that amazing heavy veining. We love it! Hope this helps!

This quartz is by a brand we carry called Aurea. The color is Lincoln. We have an amazing selection of this collection at our showroom. Feel free to schedule a tour. =)

This design also comes in bar height as well. We have the counter height and works great with young children since the back of the stool is curved to help keep children from falling.

    8. Quartz and Marble TogetherInterior design firm Three Salt Design paired a white quartz countertop with a white-and-gray marble backsplash in this lovely Los Angeles kitchen. Engineered quartz is the most popular countertop material for remodeled kitchens, according to Houzz research, while natural stone (including marble, among others) is a close second. This kitchen manages to incorporate both materials beautifully by using marble for the backsplash.

White quartz counters are a calming neutral that allow a gray marble backsplash to shine in this kitchen.
