- Are the countertops quartz or granite? Also, what is the manufacturer or name of material used?

    The island counter top and cooktop backsplash were made by a local artisan who incorporated oyster shells with resin. They were made off-site and delivered in single pieces. The remaining counters are Ceaserstone Quartz. I recall the color to be Blizzard.
