Hi! I'm considering buying a studio apartment in Dallas and thinking something like this wall unit would be a great space saver. Is this unit prefabricated or can it be tailored to have different width, wood, color, etc? Also, just to have an idea, how much did the whole wall unit cost? Thank you!
