Brooklyn NYC Townhouse Landscape Design: Backyard, Artificial Turf, Fence, Lands

Contemporary Landscape, New York

This contemporary Boerum Hill, Brooklyn backyard features an ipe fence, bluestone patio, artificial turf lawn, and a neatly lined up row of hornbeam trees. Artificial turf has come a long way in recent years and is much more realistic looking than it used to be. Read more about this garden on my blog, www.amberfreda.com.

Thank you so much! Do you have any updated photos to share of how they now look?

I don't have any updated images -- this image below was taken a few months after the first one. The hornbeams have a narrow habit naturally, and they also respond well to shearing if you want to keep them looking a certain way in the future.
