Love, love, love this room, looks like a basement. Reason is the aqua blue is not overdone. They infused another color to make it less overwhelming. The fabrics, area rug and cabinetry is so appealing along with the bench spanning the wall for plenty of seating. The petite table for the little ones is just adorable!

Interesting built-in that makes me feel that a built-in is too much for the dining room space Like the window bench but worried about resale value
