What is the white material made of that is used on the bump-out? Is it maintenance-free or does it need to be painted?

I'm also interested in the material for the bump out as well. Thanks!

I'd like to know more about these windows too please. Looking for something similar for our house. Thanks.

Thanks... The interior clear dimensions of the porch are approx. 23' wide by 8' deep. I always recommend sticking to a minimum of 8' deep for a good functional porch... Bigger is nicer.., more like a "room".., but smaller starts to get too tight and not so functional... - Kenny

I'm pretty sure the trim used on this house is Fiber Cement. I'll point out that I always recommend using "smooth" fiber cement as opposed to textured. (Ironically, I feel the smooth is actually much more authentic..) The panels at the bottom of the bay are beaded ply. Hopefully that answers your question... - Kenny Craft
