A granite that looks like marble? I need this in my life.

We just ordered the 48" inch Wolf. But did not like the mass of the Duct Cover. This appears to be the Vent-A-Hood or Blue Star Hood. Which Hood is it?

Reclaimed oak from Renick Mills in (I think) North Carolina. No stain, just satin urethane. I believe 5” to 7” widths.

      8. Kitchen dill. Yellow cabinets with just a touch of green add zest to this kitchen. I bet this room gets these homeowners going in the morning and helps them feel energized when cooking. Color of the Week: Spring Blossom Yellow

Yellow is a perennially favorite color for kitchens. It reminds me of the simple, charming farm kitchens I used to hang out in as a kid while visiting relatives with homes in the country. Those kitchens always had yellow painted cabinets, yellow walls or, given that this was the 1970s, yellow wallpaper. Spring blossom yellow, with that small hint of green, has a fresh and modern feel. It’s a fantastic alternative to the ubiquitous white kitchen cabinets of today.

We add to that the heat that is created in the house just from people being there. (You’d be surprised at how much heat is generated from normal daily activities, like cooking, cleaning, using the computer and running all of the home appliances.)
