This mantel is from Chesney's in England. Custom designed from an antique we found on Chesney's website. It is a black marble.

Seems like a double hung arrangement to us. We've used #sheers layered with #drapery in many homes! www.budgetblinds.com/parkcities
Like that it's all matched, but not "too," with a coordinating #roman #shade.

          11. Know that it’s always OK to celebrate the cowboy. In this Denver study, artwork by Duke Beardsley adds Western range style. It hangs over an elegant mantel reclaimed from a Scottish castle. Sturdy leather furniture contrasts with the soft fabrics and polished chandelier.

This study is at the front of the house. The husband, Jeff, wanted something dramatic and different for the fireplace, and Mattingly knew that prefab mantels on the market were not going to cut it. He sourced this mantel via Chesney's; it was reclaimed from a castle in Scotland. The artwork over the mantel is by local artist Duke Beardsley, who rides out on the range with real cowboys. "Jeff is not really a Western guy, but once I took him to Duke's studio, he had to have this," Mattingly says. The marble-topped side table came from Grandma Esther's inspirational Illinois farmhouse.

Cushy leather club chairs, a roaring fire and cowboy artwork add Western warmth to this sophisticated office space.

One way to keep a unique style in the area is to embrace western motifs in fresh ways, Here a western-theme room gets a contemporary update, resulting in a Rocky Mountain transitional style.

An oversize portrait of a cowboy hard at work changes up this traditional living space. The image blends well with the room's palette due to the desaturation of the print.
