what is the fabric used here? and who makes the light fixture?

Just curious, what is the story with the soffits and bump outs? Seems like a lot going on in that corner architecturally but you handled it well.
  • PRO
    Lauren Rubin Architecture
Yes. Behind those bumps are wall-through air condesor units for the central air-conditioning system. Eventually, I would like to build out the corner with bookshelves and desks to truly hide them.

Where can I find the beds? I like how they can probably be used as day beds later.

    Hi Richandy,
The beds are from West Elm. They actually are day beds.

I actually draw all fixtures to scale in my plans to see how they fit physically. Then I calculate how many watts I will need to appropriately light the room size.

Not liking bed arrangement. Running on opposite walls would've been better.
