I used to breed maltese puppies, and really did not want to share washer/dryers with doggy/people washing. So there are various reasons for having two sets.

A guesthouse or bed and breakfast would need an extra set of machines I would imagine also.

Hello, I just saw this answer- but how do you access them in an emergency? Assuming you would have to pull out the washer and dryer first? TIA

It is possible to mount a water shut-off under the sink to turn off the water to the washing machine(s) in an emergency.

It is a glass 1x1 mosaic, however I do not have any details on the manufaturer or specific color
  • Mary Gardier
Thank you for your responses. The Glass Tile Store mosaic looks like a possibility. Thank you for the suggestion.

The closet rod came directly from our cabinet manufacturer, Woodmode. The rod is fixed at the end with flanges. Though these rods are quite durable, if the rod is greater than 6 feet, an L shape bracket may be needed for extra support.

By "folding table", I am assuming that you are referring to the area above the open shelves. This area is 110" long x 24" deep and 36" off the floor.

    Thank you for your interest.

Unfortunately we were not involved with the selection of the countertops or backsplash. The client selected these on their own.

The cabinetry is Brookhaven, manufactured by Wood-Mode. The door style is Colony with a Navy opaque finish. The cabinetry with the laundry baskets are (2) standard base cabinets without doors & finished interiors. Unfortunately, I do not have any information about the countertops. The homeowner must have selected that with their builder. I hope I have answered your question.

If we can be of any assistance designing or supplying your laundry room or other cabinetry needs, please call.

    Thank you.

I am able to provide you with one of the answers to your questions:
    1. the wall ceiling color was selected by the homeowner; we do not have that information.
    2. the cabinetry color is slate opaque by the cabinet manufacturer: Wood-Mode / Brookhaven.

Rich Colors Many homeowners seem to be embracing dark, moody colors in their laundry spaces. The rich, slate-colored custom cabinets and 1-inch-square mosaic tiles seen here might give a clue as to why: They give this laundry room sophisticated appeal. Meanwhile, the double-stacked 27-inch-wide washer and dryer units could make any family envious. Washer: WFV645OUC, Bosch; cabinets: Wood-Mode Fine Custom Cabinetry
