Hi, thanks for your interest. The beams are installed purely for aesthetics, they are not exposed structure.
  • dansarahdenis
This is gorgeous. How were you able to install the beams? I am currently putting together a ceiling similar to this one, but my husband and I can't quite commit to how to hold the beams in place. And may I also ask the size of those beams. Thanks!

I was looking at the most recent Ballards catalogue. I believe I saw the same rug. Check their website also.

Hello, I don't have any information on the furnishings.

  • ldkpz

Would love to have information regarding the beams. I love the room. What type of wood, size and how the beams are attached would really help. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. The homeowner provided all furnishings, therefore we do not have any details on the hutch.

Instead of sheetrock, these walls are poplar wallboard (set horizontally) that were glazed with a whitewash custom formula.
  • mdsh4c
The walls are what caught my eye. Love the color variation.

Hello, my apologies for the delayed response. These ceilings are 9-10 feet finished height. Thank you for your interest!

Hi, thank you for your interest and compliments! Many have asked about the layout/floorplan of this stunning home. Unfortunately, we are not owners of the plans and therefore cannot post the plans on Houzz. I can tell you that the first floor entry opens into the open living room and dining room with a large cased opening into the kitchen. Down the hall is a powder room, laundry room and guest suite all on the first floor with a screened porch accessing the backyard. Upstairs houses the master suite, another bedroom and bath, a playroom, plus the bunkroom featured in another photo.

Hi, thanks for your inquiry. The poplar wallboard is finished with a custom whitewash glaze formula. I hope this is helpful!
