We simply use white vinegar in a spray to get the weathered effect to start immediately. Usually it takes spraying over a couple of days to start getting the full effect.

The tree sculpture was custom made with Cor-ten steel and the gate was custom made with powder coated aluminum slats, as was the background fence.
