Hi, Ann! I don't have the exact countertop information, but I believe the perimeter countertop is actually a granite. It has just been given a leathered finish. Leathering keeps the original color, but gives the granite an interesting texture.

Hello! The pulls were purchased from Top Knob. They are the Wellington Bar Pulls in brushed satin nickel.

  • Jeanette

What is the length of the cabinet pulls relative to the size of the cabinets?

Hello and thanks for the question! The homeowner sourced the countertops, so I don't have that information on file. I did ask her, and, while she didn't remember the exact name, she told me it is a granite with a leathered finish.

Thank you very much for your time to answer. Lovely job. Sorry for the question as I saw in an earlier post you already tried to answer. Best regards.

Thanks for the question! The homeowner sourced the countertop material and couldn't remember the name of the granite when I asked. A granite company commented on another photo of this kitchen that it looks like Kashmir Gold Granite, Shivakashi Granite, or Astoria Granite.

Thanks for the question! The granite was sealed before it arrived on site. I don't believe it was color-enhanced.

They are maple cabinets by Dura Supreme with an antique white paint finish. Thanks for the question!

If you are choosing a dark granite, a leather finish will be easier to maintain and will not show as many finger prints as a polished finished. Best of luck!

Cabinet ColorsIf a new wall color just isn't giving your kitchen the update you want, painting your cabinetry can be an affordable way to amp up your kitchen's style. But it's not just a matter of slapping on some paint — painting cabinets can be a lot of work, so be careful to choose a palette that you know you'll love. Inspiration Image 5For those seeking a subtler approach to injecting color in the kitchen, consider painting a bold color onto the base, island or peninsula cabinets only, and/or painting the side and back walls of a niche.

Honed or leathered black granite on the perimeter countertop. I like the finish.

What I like - two tone counters and cabinets, door pulls, open/glass/solid uppers, lots of drawer storage
