Would you sell hardwood floors that are already laminated? The floor of this picture looks somewhat laminated. If you do sell laminated floors, then it would be a good upgrade for me to include for my flooring project. http://www.heritagehardwood.ca

Am glad you like how it looks. It is a solid floor that is very durable and will last a lifetime. Sorry, the link you posted does not seem to work.

I agree with Emily these floors are really nice, and I like how they are not very shiny. I would want to have a real floor like that one that has some character. What type of wood was used to make the floor, would any work? http://www.greenmounttimber.com.au/contact

Hi Leigh, this is the Amber color. The lighting makes it appear more red than it actually is. In the Country Oak collection, Muscat, French Estate and Walnut would be good candidates to replicate the look in this photo.

Kenroy home makes these, or something very similar. Found them on Canada lighting.

It is an Amber. The lighting used for the professional picture adds more red tones than are actually present.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Sam Ferris added this to Kitchen Ideas: 8 Ways to Prep for Resale
1. Get the Wood LookIf you need to replace your flooring, consider this: Hardwood is king when it comes to resale value. It’s the floor that buyers look for when they’re house shopping, and it will instantly increase the value of your kitchen.Does that mean you have to install hardwood for your home to sell? Not at all. Quality hardwood isn’t cheap. It normally runs at least $4 per square foot. You can opt for less expensive flooring that has the wood look, such as vinyl and porcelain tile, which can carry lower price tags. Installing vinyl is DIY-friendly, which can keep your return on investment high.

Different way to build custom hood. Instead of white, this could have steel mounted on outside

I like the accents of all the raw wood, but still keeping it modern
