    Yes. It is walnut. We just added a clear coat of poly to the floor.

    The countertops are called Virginia Mist.

    That color in the floors is natural to the Black Walnut species. Its gorgeous! We did a similar floor recently.

Beautiful island. Would be nice to have one that fits 6 (or 8) comfortably including on the sides if needed.
