It was a garage and I converted it into a beautiful guest house/painting studio. The floors were concrete so I did an abstract floor mural and the walls were exposed brick and I dry walled some of it for warmth and sound. It is a beautiful space

The designer also engineered the landscaping and rebuilding of the deck. We like Tile/ wood mix. Small shelf next to fireplace. Side yard is good.
