No, the flooring is natural wood planks that have been stained.

Love the pantry. I am not too fond of covering refrigerators in the kitchen. It gives the appearance of too much cabinetry. The refrigerator does belong there. It shouldn't need to be covered, to blend in.

This is actually a wood floor and can be seen a little better from some of our other photos of this kitchen found in the album "Bright Kitchen." The floor was actually existing oak flooring in varying widths.
  • jkhummus

Any suggestions on how to find that exact flooring? It's just what we're looking for! Is the oak finished or natural? I want to make sure I use the correct wording when search for it! :)

Thank you so much! This kitchen is a dream!

The paint on the cabinets is Benjamin Moore Decorator White. Unfortunately the walls are a custom mixed color that was made on site and we do not have any information on it.

The homeowner chose the color from samples they selected. We do not have a record of this color.

Thanks for your interest, unfortunately as an architecture firm we do not normally keep a record of the paint colors used, they are normally chosen by the client or interior designer without us, I will try my best to get the color and get back to you.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

Jeannie Matteucci added this to Kitchen of the Week: Fine-Tuning a Connecticut FarmhouseJun 18, 2014

A new door with transom windows updated the pantry. A custom hutch on the side of the pantry gives the homeowners additional glassware storage. Wall paint: custom cream color (similar to Benjamin Moore’s French Vanilla); ceiling paint: custom white color (similar to Benjamin Moore’s Bavarian Creme)

Tiffany Carboni added this to Pantry Placement: How to Find the Sweet Spot for Food StorageSep 18, 2013

Let's start with your space needs. If you are a big cereal-eating, canned-food-loving family, it might behoove you to dedicate space for a walk-in or closet-like pantry. The placement of such a pantry will be dictated by where you can carve out the space. But what if you don't have this sort of room?

Rachel Grace added this to Renovation Detail: The Transom WindowApr 18, 2012

The transom window above this pantry door allows natural light from the kitchen to enter the otherwise windowless space.
