The exterior paint is a combination of 3 different colors pained on top of each other. After each coat was dry.. I was an experiment to make the siding look antiqued. The main color was a Frazee color called (Oak flats) and one of the colors was a watered down black to let the main color still dominate. You could use the same Fired Earth color as long as all the paint for the siding is "flat" no gloss. Sorry, I can't remember the 3rd color, but we dabbed it on and wiped it with a cloth.. Sounds like a lot of work, but after you get going it can go pretty fast.. Also with some trial sample runs you can get the look you want and love the results...

The space above the garage had a staircase built inside the right side up to the spare room. Because of the limited space, the room was approximately 12' by 18' . I was able to have a small 5'x6' bathroom added at the left end. The ceiling sloped down on each side so that it was 7' tall down the middle, but only 4' on each side.. The space was small, but still worth the effort for the extra room.
