Desert Interlude

Contemporary Dining Room, Phoenix

Dining Room in Desert Interlude | Room Type: Whole Home (Condominium Full Furnishing + Light Construction) | Project Name: Desert Interlude | Key Feature: A fully furnished Scottsdale condo transformed from a blank, builder-grade space into a warm. Challenge: The project began with a completely empty, builder-grade condo and required full execution for out-of-state clients who needed a turnkey, move-in-ready home. The space also needed to feel personal and elevated without resembling a vacation rental or model unit, while meeting tight deadlines for family use. Solution: Living with Lolo handled the entire project remotely, layering natural textures, desert-inspired tones, and cohesive furnishings to create a home that feels connected to its surroundings. The team introduced light construction upgrades, transformed the terrace into a true outdoor living space, and designed the interiors to flow seamlessly between living, kitchen, and outdoor areas for effortless everyday use and entertaining. Materials: Furniture and decor from Moss Studios, Rejuvenation, Arteriors, Four Hands, Made Goods, Bernhardt, and others; wallpaper from Aesthetics Wall, Elitis, and Arte International; paint in Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace. Budget: $150k-$175K | Timeline: Completed January 2026.
