It not only looks nice, but the benefit is better drainage.

This is a really cool garage! I haven't ever considered putting grass on the driveway like this but It gives it an interesting look. I need to repair my garage, I wonder if I should make a project out of it and do something like this.

      17. Replace or revamp your garage doors. Garage doors are another one of those things that make a big first impression, and not only for you when you arrive home — if your garage faces the street, it effects guests, neighbors and passersby as well.Full story: See how to replace or revamp your garage doors

Updating your garage doors can enhance your home’s curb appeal, and in the case of attached garages, make your home more secure. Best time to do this project: Since it is outdoor work, it is ideal to replace garage doors during warm, dry weather. That said, unless you are painting or installing a more elaborate custom feature (like a pergola), the weather does not matter too much — as long as it’s not freezing and you’re not in the middle of a thunderstorm, your pro should be able to tackle the job in a few hours.
